Please note the below booking durations apply to all reservations:

* **2 – 7 people – 1.5 hours**

* **8 + people – 2 hours**

Although we are predominantly a walk- in venue we are delighted to take your reservation especially for those who just can’t wait!  Walk ins of 4 and below are welcome any day during the week. Tables of 5 and above, please give us a call or book in advance. 

You may cancel or modify your booking online or email wildpearcafe@gmail.com. In the event that you cancel your reservation within 24hrs of your booking date or do not arrive for your scheduled reservation, a cancellation fee of $25 per person will apply.

We appreciate your understanding. 

There is a 1.6% surcharge on all credit cards. Our menu contains allergens and is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, shellfish, gluten and eggs. Whilst all reasonable efforts
are taken to accommodate guest dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen free. Please note, a surcharge of 10% will apply on weekends and 15% on
public holidays. No split bills.

If you are pre-ordering a cake from us, please give us 3-4 days notice. To order a cake from us, continue with your reservation booking or call us on 96516600. Please specify in your booking notes when you would like the cake and if it’s to have here or take home otherwise you’re very welcome to click “proceed” if you wish to not order any cakes.
