The Louise Cake

Layers of lemon sponge, roasted rhubarb, toasted meringue, sugared almonds.

Served with double cream.

Best served at room temperature.

Dark Chocolate Cake (gf)

Decadent and airy dark chocolate cake, with a soft mousse centre and firm crust exterior.       
Served with a walnut brittle and espresso whipped cream.

Lemon Meringue Parfait

A chilled tangy lemon meringue with sweet shortcrust pastry, lemon curd and torched italian meringue.             

Served with a passionfruit honey.
